How can I return an item?

 If the customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us he can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.You can apply through this page.


Below are the steps which you need to follow to a request for a "return":

Click "Continue" and enter your address and the reason for the return

If the customer wants to return one or more products after receiving the order, the customer will pay shipping cost.

What are the cases in which I cannot make a refund request?

 1- When submitting a request for a refund after the specified time, which is 7 days from the date of receipt.
2-When using the product, when it is damaged, or when it is not in the same condition that you received it.

The amount is refunded once we receive the product, make sure it is safe, and then we transfer the amount immediately to your account.

Can I replace my shipment?
